We design with care and expect the same care with returned items. We offer exchanges only. Cash refunds are not available except for verified faulty items. Exchanges must follow the conditions below.

Section 01

Eligibility

14-Day Window Request your exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Original Condition Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase Online order confirmation is required.
Availability Approved exchanges may be made for a different size, colour, or style — depending on availability.
Not Eligible Sale or discounted items, previously exchanged items, and anything damaged, soiled, unhygienic, or altered will be declined.
If any condition is not met, the item will not qualify for exchange.

Section 02

How to Request an Exchange

For Online Orders

Contact us within 14 days via WhatsApp: 077 555 2941.

Once approved, send your parcel to the return address below. Include your name, contact number, and order number inside the package — and clearly write them on the outside as well.

When your parcel arrives, we will conduct a quality inspection. If approved, we will contact you to confirm your preferred exchange item.

We do not reserve items until your return is received and approved.

Shipping

Responsibility You are responsible for the item until it reaches us — please pack securely.
Courier We recommend using a trackable courier service. Delivery charges are borne by the customer.
Processing Time Local exchanges may take up to 8 business days for inspection, processing, and delivery.
Limit Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Important Notes

Labelling Clearly label your package with your name, address, contact number, and order number.
Liability Levi & Dili is not liable for loss or delays due to missing sender details.
Refunds No cash refunds are issued for standard exchanges.

Section 05

Faulty or Incorrect Items

For Online Orders

Important — 1 Day Notice Required

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — notify us within 1 day of delivery for a like-for-like replacement or full refund.

We will collect the item at no charge and inspect it upon return.

We may decline a refund if inspection shows the issue was caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear, improper care, or if reported after the 1-day period.
