At Levi & Dili, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across Sri Lanka. Please review the delivery terms below before placing your order.

Where We Deliver
We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka.

Delivery Timeframes
| Colombo 1–15 | 2–3 business days from the date of order. |
| Outside Colombo | 3–5 business days from the date of order. |
| Weekends & Public Holidays | Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. |
| Peak Periods | During peak or holiday seasons, promotions, or special events, processing, dispatch, and delivery may take longer. |
| Delivery Attempts | Our courier partner will contact you prior to delivery — this call constitutes a delivery attempt. Up to three delivery attempts will be made. |
| Estimated Dates | Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation, unless an event outside our control occurs. |

Delivery Fees
| Applies To | Delivery charges apply to all deliveries, including exchanges. |
| Defective Items | If a product is exchanged due to a defect, the replacement will be delivered at no additional charge. |
| Calculation | Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. |
| Nonrefundable | Delivery charges are nonrefundable. |

Addresses & Amendments
Delivery will be made only to the shipping address provided at checkout. To request a change due to unavoidable circumstances, contact us via:

We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Address amendments may cause shipping delays; however, we will always do our best to minimise them.

Unsuccessful Delivery & Redelivery
| After 3 Attempts | The parcel will be returned to Levi & Dili. We are happy to redeliver your order as long as it is prepaid. |
| COD Orders | For Cash on Delivery orders, redelivery will be arranged once payment is settled via bank transfer. |

Special Dispatch Requests
On request, we can delay dispatch for your convenience, provided the order is prepaid and has not already been dispatched.
If you encounter any difficulty receiving your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Title & Risk
Title and risk in the products pass to you upon completion of delivery.
