Island Wide Delivery

We deliver to all locations across Sri Lanka


Delivery Time

  • For Colombo 1–15: Orders will be delivered within 2–3 business days from the order date.
  • For locations outside Colombo: Orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days from the order date.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delays

During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or special events, delivery times may be extended due to increased demand.


Delivery Process

Our courier team will contact you prior to delivery. This call will be treated as a delivery attempt. If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the order will be canceled.

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date provided in the shipping confirmation unless circumstances beyond our control arise, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.


Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees apply to all orders, including exchanges.
  • Exchanges due to defective products will incur no additional delivery charges.
  • Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Additional Information

  • Orders will only be delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout.
  • To request a change in the shipping address, please contact us at sales@leviandili.com or WhatsApp at +94 777 530 840. Requests will be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Address changes may cause minor delays, but we strive to minimize disruptions.
  • If delivery fails after three attempts or exceeds 10 days from dispatch, the parcel will be returned to us. We will redeliver prepaid orders, and for COD orders, payment must be made via bank transfer before redelivery.

If you require a delay in dispatch for your convenience, please inform us before the order is shipped. This service is available for prepaid orders only.

Title and Risk

Ownership of the products transfers to you upon successful delivery.

International Delivery

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times range from 4–14 business days
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service team at sales@levianddili.com.

Delivery Fees and Taxes

  • International shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items and the destination country.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Import taxes and customs duties are not included in the shipping charges. You are responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.

Custom and Regulations

  • All products must be declared at their full value and labeled as “Commercial.”
  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts” due to international shipping laws.
  • Customs inspections may cause delays. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

Non-Acceptance

Failure or refusal to accept delivery may result in the goods being destroyed. In such cases, purchases are strictly non-refundable.
